Conditions Precedent to the Contributor’s Obligations on the Initial Contribution Date and each Contribution Date Thereafter. The obligations of the Contributor on the date hereof and each Contribution Date thereafter shall be subject to the conditions precedent, which may be waived by the Contributor, that the Contributor shall have received on or before the date hereof the following, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Contributor:
