Conditions Precedent to the Effectiveness of this Agreement. As conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement, Ex-Im Bank shall have received, in form and substance satisfactory to it, evidence of the authority (including specimen signatures) of each Person who, on behalf of the Lender, signed this Agreement, will sign the Requests for Guarantee or other documents required by this Agreement, and will otherwise act as the Lender's representative in the performance of this Agreement.

As conditions precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement, Ex-Im Bank shall have received, in form and substance satisfactory to it, evidence of the authority (including specimen signatures) of each Person who, on behalf of the LenderPurchaser, signed this Agreement, will sign submit the Requests Request for Guarantee Eligible Exporter Approval or Renewal, as the case may be, or other documents required by this Agreement, and will otherwise act as the Lender's Purchaser’s representative in the performance of this Agreement.
