Conditions Precedent upon an Acceleration Event. The failure to satisfy the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6.1. before the respective Vesting Dates, upon the occurrence of an Acceleration Event, shall not imply the expiration of the Manager’s Warrants that have not become Vested Warrants as of such date.
