Conditions to Addition of New Accounts. On the Addition Date with respect to any New Accounts, the Trust shall acquire the applicable Receivables in such New Accounts (and such New Accounts shall be Accounts for purposes of this Agreement), subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions:
