Conditions to Continue to Fund the Credit Extensions. The obligation of each Lender to make or continue the Credit Extensions requested to be made or continued by it on the Closing Date and of each Issuing Bank to issue or to cause to be issued or continue Letters of Credit on the Closing Date shall be subject to the prior or concurrent satisfaction of each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 4.01.
