Conditions to Each Borrowing. The obligation of any Lender to make a Loan on the occasion of each Borrowing, including its initial Loan, but not including a Loan pursuant to the second and last sentences of Section 2.03(g) to fund a drawing under a Letter of Credit, is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent that on the date of such Borrowing:
