Conditions to Each Extension of Credit. Except to the extent expressly set forth in this Financing Agreement, the agreement of CIT to make any extension of credit requested to be made by it to the Company on any date (including without limitation, the initial extension of credit) is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
