Conditions to Each Extension of Credit. The agreement of each Lender and each Letter of Credit Issuer to make any extension of credit requested to be made by it on any date (including any making of Loans and any issuance, amendment, renewal or extension of Letters of Credit on the Closing Date) is subject to receipt of the request therefor in accordance with the terms of Article II or III, as applicable, and the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
