Conditions to Each Extension of Credit. The agreement of each Lender to make any Loan (including the agreement of the Swingline Lender to make any Swingline Loan) requested to be made by it on any date (including, without limitation, its initial Loan) and of the Issuing Lender to issue, amend, renew or extend any Letter of Credit to be issued by it on any date is subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent:
