Conditions to Each Lease of Vehicles. The agreement of the Lessor to make available (a) any Acquired Vehicle for lease to the applicable Lessee and (b) financing for the acquisition of or refinancing of any other Vehicle for lease to such Lessee upon such Lessee’s placement of a Vehicle Order, for itself or as agent of the Lessor, or its delivery of a Refinancing Schedule, as applicable, is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of each Group VII Indenture and subject to the satisfaction of the following conditions precedent as of the Vehicle Lease Commencement Date for such Vehicle:
