Common use of Conditions to Effectiveness of Sections 2 and 3 of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Effectiveness of Sections 2 and 3 of Agreement. Sections 2 and 3 of this Agreement shall, notwithstanding the prior effectiveness of the Agreement, become effective upon satisfaction of the following conditions precedent (the “Effective Date”), which shall in no event occur later than November 28, 2003; provided, however, that notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement shall become effective on the date hereof.
