Common use of Conditions to Effectiveness of this Restatement Agreement Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Effectiveness of this Restatement Agreement. This Restatement Agreement shall become effective when the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts to this Restatement Agreement, duly executed and delivered by each Loan Party, the Administrative Agent, the Swingline Lender, each Issuing Bank, the Required Lenders under the Original Credit Agreement and each Lender listed on Schedule 2.01 to the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement; provided that the Restatement Effective Date shall be subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions set forth in Section 4.01 of the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement.
