Common use of Conditions to Effectiveness on Effective Date Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Effectiveness on Effective Date. This Agreement, and the obligations of the Incremental Term Loan Lenders to make their respective Incremental Term Loan Commitments pursuant hereto, and to fund their respective Incremental Term Loans pursuant hereto, as specified in Section 1 hereof, shall become effective on and as of the first Business Day occurring on or before September 19, 2013 on which the following conditions shall have been satisfied or waived by each applicable party (the “Effective Date”):
