CONDITIONS TO FIRST LOANS OR LETTERS OF CREDIT. In addition to the conditions precedent set forth in Section 6, the obligation of each Lender to make its first Loan, the obligation of the Swingline Lender to make its first Swingline Loan or the Issuing Bank to issue the first Letter of Credit shall be subject to the fulfillment of the following conditions precedent on or before the Effective Date:
