Conditions to Initial Credit Extension to an Eligible Subsidiary. The obligation of each Lender and each Issuing Bank to make the initial Credit Extension to an Eligible Subsidiary shall be subject to, and to the satisfaction of, each of the conditions precedent set forth below.
