Conditions to Initial Loan and Initial Letter of Credit. The obligation of each Lender to fund the initial Loan requested to be made by it, and of each Issuing Bank to issue any initial Letter of Credit (including any increase in the amount of, or extension of the expiration date of, any Letter of Credit) requested to be issued by it, shall be subject to the prior or concurrent satisfaction or waiver of each of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 4.01.
