CONDITIONS TO OLYMPIC'S OBLIGATIONS. The obligation of Olympic to consummate the transactions contemplated herein shall be subject to the fulfillment, at or prior to the Closing, of all of the conditions set forth below in this Article VI. Olympic may, by written notice, waive any or all of these conditions in whole or in part without prior notice, provided, however, that no such waiver shall constitute a waiver by Olympic of any other right or remedy if Purchaser shall be in default of any of its representations, warranties or covenants under this Agreement.
