Conditions to Purchase of Option Notes. In the event that the Purchaser exercise their option to purchase all or any portion of the Option Notes after the Closing Date, the Purchaser shall receive, dated as of the relevant Second Closing Date, the items referred here in under Section 7(e), dated as of the Second Closing Date, and true and correct as of such date.
