Common use of Conditions to Receive Severance Package Clause in Contracts

Conditions to Receive Severance Package. Executive will be eligible for the Severance Package provided that Executive: (i) complies with all surviving provisions of this Agreement as specified in subsection 14.8 below; and (ii) executes a full general release in a form suitable to Company and substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. All other Company obligations to Executive will be automatically terminated and completely extinguished.

Conditions to Receive Severance Package. Executive will be eligible for the Severance Package provided that Executive: (ia) complies with all surviving provisions of this Agreement as specified in subsection subparagraph 14.8 below; and (iib) executes a full general release in a form suitable release, releasing all claims, known or unknown, that Executive may have against Company arising out of or any way related to Company and substantially similar to the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. Executive’s employment or termination of employment with Company. All other Company obligations to Executive will be automatically terminated and completely extinguished.
