Conditions to Salary Continuation Benefit. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company shall not be obligated to pay any Salary Continuation Benefit under this Section 6.4 or Section 6.5 if the Executive breaches the provisions of the Confidentiality Agreement or Section 5 of this Agreement.
