Conditions to Seller’s Performance. Seller shall have the right, at Seller’s sole discretion, to extend the closing date or to terminate the Contract in good faith at the convenience of the Seller. In the event the Seller elects to terminate the Contract under this section, through no fault of Purchaser, Seller shall return the xxxxxxx money to Purchaser, and the parties shall have no further obligation under the Contract.
