Conditions to the Addition of a Borrowing Base Property. The Borrower may request the addition of any Real Property as a Borrowing Base Property by submitting a request in writing to the Administrative Agent which request shall instruct and authorize the Administrative Agent to obtain the Third Party Reports for such Real Property (at the Borrower’s sole cost and expense). Each such written request shall be accompanied by the Preliminary Diligence Materials for such Real Property.
