CONDITIONS TO THE CREDIT. The Lenders’ agreement to lend and the L/C Issuer’s agreement to issue Letters of Credit contained in this Agreement, shall be effective only upon fulfillment or waiver in accordance with the terms of Article 14 of the following conditions at or prior to the date of the execution of this Agreement.
