Transfer of Service and Seniority Effective October 10, 1986, and for employees who transfer subsequent to October 10, 1986, an employee whose status is changed from full-time to part- time shall receive credit for her full service and seniority.
Payment and Transfer of Interest Buyer shall pay interest on cash held as Performance Assurance, at the Interest Rate and on the Interest Payment Date. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS This Recognition of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the day of , 200 , by and between (“Landlord”), and (“Tenant”), with reference to the following facts:
Transfers and Seniority Outside Bargaining Unit No employee shall be transferred to a position outside the bargaining unit without the employee's consent. If an employee is transferred to a position outside of the bargaining unit, the employee shall retain seniority acquired at the date of leaving the unit, but will not accumulate any further seniority. If such an employee later returns to the bargaining unit, the employee shall be placed in a job consistent with the employee's seniority. Such return shall not result in the layoff or bumping of an employee holding greater seniority.
Occupational First Aid Requirements and Courses (a) The Union and the Employer agree that First Aid Regulations made pursuant to the Workers' Compensation Act shall be fully complied with.
