Conditions to Transfers of Loan Assets. Each Transfer of an additional Eligible Loan Asset pursuant to Section 2.05, a Substitute Eligible Loan Asset pursuant to Section 2.06(a) or (c), an additional Eligible Loan Asset pursuant to Section 2.19 or any other Transfer of a Loan Asset hereunder shall be subject to the further conditions precedent that (as certified to the Collateral Agent by the Borrower):
