Common use of Conduct During the Notice Period Clause in Contracts

Conduct During the Notice Period. During the Notice Period, Executive remains employed by the Company and shall not commence employment with any other employer, and is subject to all of the obligations, rules, policies and practices of the Company, including the obligation to act solely in the best interest of the Company. During the Notice Period, Executive shall perform such duties and tasks as the Company may assign to Executive, provided, however, that the Company reserves the right to have Executive stay away from the Company’s premises and not contact any Group employee or Client.
