Common use of Conduct of Affiliate operations Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Affiliate operations. The Affiliate shall operate and maintain the Affiliate Facilities in accordance with the standards prescribed and maintained by the applicable accreditation agencies and shall maintain all licenses required by the applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations of the federal, state, and county governments, including, without limitation, all licenses required to own and operate the Affiliate Facilities.

Conduct of Affiliate operations. The Affiliate shall operate and maintain the Affiliate Facilities in accordance with the standards prescribed and maintained by the applicable accreditation agencies Joint Commission (“TJC”) and shall maintain all licenses required by the applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations of the federal, state, and county governments, including, without limitation, all licenses required to own and operate the Affiliate Facilities.
