Conduct of Business and Maintenance of Properties, Etc. (i) Actively conduct and operate its business and cause each of its Subsidiaries to actively conduct and operate their business according to good business practices and maintain, preserve and protect, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to maintain, preserve and protect, all of its properties and equipment necessary in the conduct of the business of the Loan Parties (including all Collateral) and their Subsidiaries in good working order and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and in accordance with Prudent Industry Practices.
