Common use of Conduct of Business by DVOP Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Business by DVOP. Except (i) as expressly permitted or required by this Agreement, or (ii) with the consent of Sugarmade, during the period commencing with the date of this Agreement and continuing until the Closing Date, DVOP shall not conduct any trade or business other than as presently conducted, shall preserve intact its business organizations and maintain the registration of DVOP and the Common Stock under the Exchange Act.
