The Glad Parties have complied in conducting the Glad Global Business with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations or orders or other requirements of any Governmental Authority, including all rules, regulations and administrative orders relating to anti-competitive practices, discrimination, employment, health and safety, except for such matters which do not and will not have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
