Conduct of Business, Maintenance of Existence, Compliance with Laws. Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its existence and take all reasonable action to maintain all rights, privileges and franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business except as otherwise permitted pursuant to subsection 6.5; comply in all material respects with all of its material Contractual Obligations (including, without limitation, obligations under any License) and material Requirements of Law, including, without limitation, the Communications Act; and not take any action, or fail to take any action, in any case if the result is (i) to subject the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any restrictions relating to FCC oversight that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect or (ii) a violation of the foreign ownership provisions or any other provisions of the Communications Act that could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
