Conduct of Business, Maintenance of Existence, Compliance with Laws. Preserve, renew and keep in full force and effect its existence and take all reasonable action to maintain all permits, rights, privileges and franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business except as otherwise permitted pursuant to subsection 6.5; comply with all of its Contractual Obligations (including, without limitation, obligations under any License) and Requirements of Law, including, without limitation, the Communications Act, except to the extent that failure to comply therewith could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
