Common use of Conduct of Business; Ownership Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Business; Ownership. Each of the SPV and the Servicer shall continue to engage in business of the same general types as now conducted by them (including businesses reasonably related or incidental thereto) as it is presently conducted and do all things necessary to remain duly organized, validly existing and in good standing in its jurisdiction of formation and maintain all requisite authority to conduct its business in each jurisdiction in which its business is conducted. The SPV shall at all times be a wholly-owned direct or indirect Subsidiary of Xxxxx, Inc.
