Conduct of Indemnification Proceedings; Contribution. (1) Each indemnifying party and indemnified party under this Section 6(f) shall comply with the procedures set forth in Section 7(a)(iii) with respect to any indemnity sought pursuant to this Section 6(f). (2) Each indemnifying party and indemnified party under this Section 6(f) also agrees to comply with the provisions in Section 7(a)(iv) as they relate to contribution.
