Common use of Conduct of Logging Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Logging. Unless otherwise specifically provided herein, shall fell trees designated for cutting and shall remove the portions that meet Utilization Standards, prior to acceptance of work for completion of logging and stewardship projects. Forest Service may make exceptions for occasional trees inadvertently not cut or trees or pieces not removed for good reason, including possible damage to forest resources or gross economic impracticability at the time of removal of other timber.
