Conduct of Member Meetings. The President, or in his absence an Officer or Manager designated by the Board of Managers, shall preside at all meetings of Members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Board of Managers shall have the power to set procedural rules, including without limitation rules respecting time allotted to the Members to speak, governing all aspects of the conduct of such meetings.
