Common use of Conduct of Parties and Operations Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Parties and Operations. Neither the existence of a Dispute, the pending settlement of a Dispute nor the resolution procedures set forth in this Section 9.8 will operate to limit or relieve any Party from such Party’s ongoing duties and obligations hereunder or limit or extinguish any right that any Party might otherwise have hereunder, in law or in equity.
