Conduct of Reference. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 21.8, any Reference shall be conducted pursuant to Sections 638 through 645.1 of the California Code of Civil Procedure. The referee shall determine all issues relating to the applicability, interpretation, legality and enforceability of this Agreement and the other Documents.
