CONDUCT OF RESELLER. In performing this Agreement, each Party shall: (a) conduct itself in an honest, professional, and ethical manner and comply with all applicable statutes, ordinances, and regulations; and (b) do nothing which would tend to discredit, dishonor, reflect adversely upon or in any manner injure the reputation of the other Party; and
