Common use of CONDUCT OF STUDENT Clause in Contracts

CONDUCT OF STUDENT. a. Student is subject to the University group living environment in which students are assigned space in residence halls and apartments shared with other students. Student agrees to respect the rights of other occupants and all other members of the University community, and to behave in a manner conducive to the harmonious group living environment developed and fostered by each Residence Life Office. Furthermore, Student is responsible for the activities and behavior of their guests. University may terminate this Contract and/or future Contracts if Student demonstrates an ongoing inability to abide by the requirements and expectations for such group living.

University may terminate this Contract and/or future Contracts Agreement if Student demonstrates an ongoing inability to abide by the requirements and expectations for such group living.
