Common use of Conduct of the Discovery Program Clause in Contracts

Conduct of the Discovery Program. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, AnaptysBio agrees to conduct research under the Discovery Programs, which shall be funded as set forth in Section 6. During each Discovery Program Term, AnaptysBio shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to conduct each Discovery Program in accordance with the applicable Discovery Plan within the time schedules contemplated therein and to keep TESARO informed as to the progress and results of the Discovery Programs hereunder.
