Common use of CONDUCT OF THE STATION'S BUSINESS Clause in Contracts

CONDUCT OF THE STATION'S BUSINESS. Until Closing, without the written consent of Buyer, the Sellers shall not enter into any transaction, agreement or understanding (whether or not in writing) other than those in the Ordinary Course of Business; no employment contract shall be entered into by the Sellers relating to the Stations unless the same is terminable at will and without penalty; no material increase in compensation payable or to become payable, to any of the employees employed at the Stations shall be made; no material change in personnel policies, insurance benefits or other compensation arrangements shall be made; and the Sellers will cause the Stations to be operated in compliance with the Licenses and Permits and all applicable laws and regulations; the Sellers further represent, warrant and covenant:
