Conduct of Third Parties. Except as otherwise limited herein, each party will be liable to the other for the acts or omissions of its respective banks and Third Party Service Providers designated hereunder with respect to their conduct in connection with such party's performance under this Agreement. Neither party will be liable to the other for the acts or omissions of any funds-transfer system operator, or for the acts or omissions of any banks or third party not selected by such party.
