Conduct of Unitholder Meetings. All meetings of the Unitholders shall be presided over by the chairman of the meeting, who shall be one of the Chairman or Vice Chairman (or a representative thereof). The chairman of any meeting of Unitholders shall determine the order of business and the procedure at the meeting, including such regulation of the manner of voting and the conduct of discussion as seem to him in order.
