CONDUCT REGARDING REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. VB will not do or cause to be done anything that would cause any representation or warranty in Subsection 3.1 or 3.2 to be untrue or inaccurate if made at Closing, except as otherwise contemplated or required by this Agreement or consented to in writing by WCB.
