Common use of Conference and NCAA Legislation Clause in Contracts

Conference and NCAA Legislation. This Agreement is subject to Pac-12 Conference Regulations and NCAA Legislation (“Legislation”) and, to the extent applicable, the Legislation is incorporated herein by reference and shall prevail over the terms of this Agreement, to the extent inconsistent with any provisions herein. Modifications, changes, additions, or deletions to Legislation shall automatically apply to this Agreement without the necessity of a written notification.
