Conference Facility. The Existing Development will continue to offer an after business hours publicly accessible, interior conference facility consisting of 2,500 square feet (the “Conference Facility”), provided that, at the sole option of Developer, such facility may be relocated from the current location at the Original SRC Property to a location within the R&D Development Property that provides substantially equivalent amenities and space, as determined by Developer upon completion of the retail and plaza portions of the R&D Development Property. The public’s use of the Conference Facility shall be subject to the scheduling, fee, priority use and rules, regulations and guidelines provisions set forth in the Reservation Rules and Policies on file with the City.
Conference Facility. The Building conference facility shall be a part of the Common Areas and shall be available for use by Tenant in common with other tenants of the Building in accordance with the rules and regulations and procedures adopted by Landlord from time to time. Landlord may impose a fee for use of the conference facility to cover the costs of set up and clean up. All costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the conference facility, including the cost of equipment therein, shall be included in Operating Expenses.
Conference Facility. The Building currently has an executive conference center (“Conference Center”) located on Floor 2 of the Building, which consists of an executive board room (seating for eighteen (18) people) and a training room which can seat up to seventy-two (72) people in a classroom setting or which may be divided to accommodate thirty-six (36) people per room. The training room can be expanded, at Tenant’s cost, should Tenant choose to lease the space immediately contiguous to the existing Conference Center, and can be constructed in such a way as to open into the existing Conference Center. The area of the training room that is expanded will become a part of the Leased Premises and Tenant will have the exclusive use thereof; provided the original Conference Center (i.e., prior to such expansion) will continue to be available for use by Tenant and the other tenants in the Building. The existing Conference Center shall be available to Tenant and other tenants in the building on a first come, first-served, prior reservation basis. Landlord agrees to monitor such reservations so no single tenant can continuously block-reserve multiple time-slots on multiple consecutive days and preclude the reasonable opportunity of all tenants to use the Conference Center.
Conference Facility. LESSEE shall have the right to use, based upon availability, the conference facility in the main Regency building on a prior reserved basis at a fee to be determined. LESSEE shall be responsible for leaving the space in the condition they found it in.
Conference Facility. Tenant shall have the right to use in common with others the Building conference facility with seating for approximately 30 people at no charge (other than Landlord's charge for cleaning). Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with such rules and regulations regarding the conference facility as Landlord may from time to time adopt.
Conference Facility. Landlord shall provide Tenant up to a total of forty (40) hours per month of free usage for the two (2) conference facilities in the Building. Tenant's use of the conference facilities will be subject to the reservation procedures established by Landlord from time to time. If Tenant does not utilize all forty (40) free hours in a month, any unused amount will expire and will not be carried forward to future months. Nothing in this Lease shall be construed to obligate Landlord to continue the operation of the conference facilities.
Conference Facility. Landlord currently provides a conference facility (the “Conference Facility”) located within the Equity Office San Diego portfolio of buildings, accommodating groups of people for use by building tenants (including Tenant) on a reserved basis. In the event Tenant desires to utilize the Conference Facility, Tenant shall call (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ in advance, prior to the date on which Tenant desires to utilize such Conference Facility. The reservations are on a first come first served basis and are subject to the prevailing market rate. Landlord, in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion, may discontinue to provide for the Conference Facility at any time.
