Conferencing Software Sample Clauses
Conferencing Software a) Provide access to a web-based software system for the Authorized Users that allows monitoring and tracking of pupils that require attendance conferencing consistent with district policy;
b) Discretionary software conferencing capability related to other excessive absence/tardy issues; and
c) Prepare and distribute appropriate Conference Notification Reminder communications to each applicable pupil’s parents or guardians as is consistent with District’s conferencing policy. These interventions include but are not limited to United States mail.
Conferencing Software. The Software Product may contain technology that enables applications to be shared between two or more computers, even if an application is installed on only one of the computers. You may use this technology with all OpenDoor Software products only for multi-party conferences, and must have valid licenses from the Manufacturer. For non-OpenDoor Software applications, you should consult the accompanying license agreement or contact the licensor to determine whether application sharing is permitted by the licensor. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Software Product.
