Common use of Confidential Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidential Agreement. Employee agrees that the terms of this Agreement shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed or publicized under any circumstances to any other person or entity (other than appropriate governmental officials, or Employee’s spouse, counsel and accountant) unless authorized, in writing, by Employer or as otherwise ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction or permitted by law.

Confidential Agreement. Employee hereby agrees that to keep the terms of this Agreement confidential, and Employee agrees that Employee shall remain confidential and shall not be disclosed or publicized under any circumstances neither directly nor indirectly disclose the terms of this Agreement to any other person or entity (other than appropriate governmental officials, or except to Employee’s spouseattorneys, counsel tax preparers or financial advisors, and accountant) immediate family members, but only on the condition that they agree to abide by the terms of this confidentiality clause, unless authorized, in writing, compelled by Employer law or until such time as otherwise ordered it has been publicly disclosed by a court of competent jurisdiction or permitted by lawthe Company.
