Confidential and Proprietary Information of Third Parties. The Company has received and in the future will receive from third parties their confidential or proprietary information, subject to a duty to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. Executive agrees to hold all such confidential or proprietary information in strictest confidence, and will not disclose, use, or induce or assist in the use or disclosure of any such confidential or proprietary information without the Company’s prior express written consent, except as may be necessary in the ordinary course of performing Executive’s job duties for the Company, consistent with its agreement with such third party.
