Common use of Confidential Information Agreement Clause in Contracts

Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, Executive will continue to abide by the Company’s standard form of Proprietary Information and Invention Assignment Agreement (the “Confidentiality Agreement”) and Arbitration Agreement previously executed by Executive.

Confidential Information Agreement. As a condition of employment, and in consideration for the benefits provided for in this Agreement, Executive will agrees to continue to abide by the Company’s standard form of Proprietary Employee Confidential Information and Invention Inventions Assignment Agreement (the “Confidentiality Confidential Information Agreement”) that he previously executed. In addition, Executive agrees to abide by the Company’s policies and Arbitration Agreement previously executed by Executiveprocedures, as may be modified from time to time within the Company’s discretion.
